How leader limits work

Your Leadership Effectiveness 360 subscription is based on the number of leaders you can survey each year. For example, if your subscription is for 25 leaders then 25 leaders or up to 25 leaders can participate.

This same group of leaders can repeat the 360 process as many times as you like during the year. Although we don't recommend running them within 9 months of each other. This is to allow time for actions to be applied.

How do I check my leader limit?

To check your leader limit:

  1. Select My organisation in the left menu.
  2. Go to Manage subscription.
  3. Look for Leader limit.

To increase your leader limit, select Increase leader limit or contact your Customer Success Representative.

What happens when I reach my leader limit in a Leadership Effectiveness 360 survey?

You won't be able to add any more leaders. You will need to increase your leader limit or remove an existing leader from the survey. You can only remove existing leaders if their survey is in draft or pending. Once their survey is active, the leader can't be removed.

Example #1:

You add 15 leaders to your Leadership Effectiveness 360 survey and your limit is 25 per year. This means you have 10 "seats" left.

Example #2:

You add 15 leaders to your Leadership Effectiveness 360 survey and your limit is 25 per year. This means you have 10 seats left. However, 1 leader has resigned. You remove them as their individual survey is in draft. You now have 11 seats left.

Example #3:

You've run a survey in January 2024 with 25 leaders and your limit is 25. You re-run the survey in September 2024, 23 of the leaders are the same and 3 leaders are new. Leaders seats are unique, so you won't be able to survey the 3 new leaders unless you increase your leader limit.
