How to view results for a specific practitioner

You can view results for a specific practitioner by applying filters.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Select My surveys.
  2. Find the survey whose results you want to view and select View Results.
  3. Select a report, like the Questions or Text Analysis Report.
  4. Select Apply filters at the top right. Then select Demographics and select the category that contains your practitioners. For example, it might be called Clinic Practitioner or Provider Name, then choose whose results you want to view and select See results.

You will now be viewing results specifically for that practitioner.

💡 Did you know? Filters can't be applied to the Insights Dashboard; it will still show summaries and data relevant to all practitioners.

View results across all practitioners

You can use the Heatmap to view practitioner results across a clinic(s). Each column represents a practitioner and their scores. Only scores for Agree-Disagree scale questions are shown.

To generate this report:

  1. Select My surveys.
  2. Find the survey whose results you want to view and select View Results.
  3. Select the Heatmap Report.
  4. Choose the demographic from the dropdown, which contains the list of your practitioners. For example, you might have called it something like Clinic Practitioner or Provider Name.

You'll now be viewing a heatmap showing scores across all practitioners.

This report shouldn't be used to compare scores between practitioners. Instead, it's a tool to help clinics identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
