How do I enable AI for reporting?

'Enable AI for Reporting' is a setting you can turn on when you're creating a survey. It will be listed as an option in Step: Survey Settings.

Enable AI for reporting gives you access to the following time-saving features:

• summary of the overall survey results
• topic and sentiment assignment for free-text responses
• question and topic summaries for free-text responses
• suggested actions based on areas identified as needing some work.

You can enable AI for reporting if your survey is in draft, pending, active or closed.

However, once you turn it on for an active or closed survey, it can't be turned off again. This is because the data will have already been sent off to be analysed, which is a process that can't be interrupted.

Can't see 'Enable AI for reporting' in your settings?

Your organisation may have opted out of AI features. Check with the person in your organisation who manages your AskYourTeam account. If you are the person who manages the account, and are unsure if you're opted in or out, please contact our Customer Success Team.
