Manage profile and users in Feedback Now
When you accept your invitation to join Feedback Now, you'll be able to perform some basic actions.
These include:
- changing your name or email address
- adding or deleting users.
Change your name or email address
- Go to Profile settings.
- Make your changes straight into the name or email address field.
- Select Save.
If you change your email address, when you select Save a new page will load. It will ask you for a verification code, this code will be sent to your new email address. Don't forget to check your SPAM folder.
Add a user
- Go to Organisation settings.
- Select Add user.
- Enter their full name and email. This should be their business email address.
- Select Add.
When you add a user, they will receive an email inviting them to join your organisation's account.
Delete a user
- Go to Organisation settings.
- Select the trash can icon next to the user you want to delete.
- On the following screen, select Delete to confirm.
The user won't get an email telling them they've been deleted.
If you need to add the user again, you will need to follow the Add a user process.
